We make an appointment for you to bring your dog to our office in North East Portland for a wheelchair fitting. Times are very flexible.
The first rental is for two weeks to make sure your dog adjusts to the wheelchair and that you both find it helpful.
If the trial period goes well, your next decision is how you would like to rent.
If your needs are uncertain this could be a good way to proceed. This rental would begin after the two week trial finishes.
If you can forecast a bit into the future this will save you a bit of money. If you still need a cart at the end of three months we can discuss purchase options.
It is the renter's responsibility to return the cart in good condition, understanding that there will be normal wear due to use. Any loss or damage to the cart will be the responsibility of the renter.
At this time we accept Personal Checks, Cash and Venmo. This allows us to keep our overhead low to keep rental rates affordable. Rental fees are non-refundable and are not able to be pro-rated.
